The modding box with a special kick. Instead of laboriously lifting the lid, simply slide it open. The unique magnetic sliding mechanism can be easily opened with one hand. .
The box is made of extra-hard 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum. It is CNC machined, sandblasted and anodized.
The dimensions are similar to the Hammond 1590B. In contrast, however, it is completely rectangular and the mounts for the magnets are not continuous. Eight neodymium magnets are included.
Thanks to the special sliding mechanism, the box can be manufactured with very small gaps. The special lid shape results in maximum usable interior space.
