Shipment

With us, you pay when shipping exactly the costs that we also have. These consist of the postage itself, the value-added tax (for shipping), and the fees of the payment service provider (for the shipping costs).

Unlike many other stores, we ship not only as a DHL package but also as DHL Warenpost or Post Großbrief. Wir haben uns für diesen Weg entschieden, da wir wissen, dass die meistens unserer Kunden nur ein oder zwei Produkte kaufen. These then in each case the (in other stores) usual € 4.50 to € 5.50 shipping to charge, we do not find justified.

Whenever possible, we pack mailbox suitable, ie with a maximum height of 3cm. This saves you the trip to the post office to pick up the package.
