The connector is available with two soldering options. Standard: Vertical soldering directly into the center pin. vFLAT: Horizontal soldering to a pre-tinned connection.
Equipped with 22mm or 30mm top cap, each as a "flat top", i.e. without cut-outs. As the top cap is only 1mm thick, it is not necessary to make a recess in the housing.
Available in silver (stainless steel) or black, the black color has been vapor-deposited under vacuum (PVD process) and is therefore extremely durable.
The connector can be soldered without prior disassembly, but use flux and do not exceed the melting point of PTFE at 327 ° C.

- C14500 tellurium copper core - Provides resistance stability and is tarnish/oxidation resistant.
- RoHS tinned for an excellent solder joint.
- Two-piece PEI insulator - Insulated top and bottom to ensure no current flows through the spring.
- Double O-rings - Both the center pin and insulator have an O-ring that provides leak-proof operation for pressures of 25 psi and above. (Tested with compressed air up to 25 psi/1.7 bar).
- C14500 copper.
- vFLAT - Horizontal soldering option with the innovative pre-tinned RoHS vFLAT solder connection.
- Stainless steel wave spring - Custom manufactured to provide over 7 kg of force at full compression.
