No leaks thanks to three custom made gaskets. The gasket between the top plate and the evaporator is optional. It is not fixed and can be removed.
Very high conductivity. The center pin on copper was hardened (almost as hard as steel) and then first silver plated and then gold plated. It is adjustable up to 5.5 mm from the connector top. Either from the top with a slotted screwdriver or an Allen wrench (1.5mm), or from the bottom with the same Allen wrench.
Connector housing made of stainless steel. High thermomechanical Ultem® insulator reinforced with glass fiber. Large contact areas for sheet metal and solder lugs. Accurately machined threads.
Notes: Pin has left-hand thread, solder lugs not included.
